About The Gleason Foundation
The Gleason Foundation (TGF) is the catch all non-profit division within Dark Wing International.
Many programs, divisions and events, create volunteer activities and generate monies for
non-profit agencies both internal such as Life Education and the Nat'l Athletics for Youth
Association, and external such as the Kiwanis-Doernbecher Children's Cancer Program,
American Lung Association, Police Activities League, DECA etc...
TGF decides where to allocate monies and resources, directly to the non-profits it supports. It's
direct parent organization, Non-Profit Resources Group (NPRG), manages all projects and
divisions that do the fundraising and allocate the end benefits to TGF.
Example. NPRG through it's event division, Charity Event Services of America (CESA), creates
and event that brings in $20,000.00 in net proceeds to be distributed out to the non-profit
agency(s) that have been designated to receive the funds. They send the funds to TGF and they
distribute it under the 501(c)(3) charter.
In addition, NPRG or its subdivision(s), will have received a cut as part of the profit from the
event as it is not a non-profit company, and current policy has 20% of all net income going to
the TGF in a general fund for distribution to whoever.
