| Volunteering: One of the most important concepts of DWI is volunteering, more specifically, community support. Unlike most companies that like to brag that they either put money out each year or provide volunteers for events, DWI goes out and has created numerous programs and divisions as part of the corporate plan. Divisions such as Non-Profit Resources Group (NPRG), Charity Event Services of America (CESA), National Athletics for Youth Association (NAYA), the Falcon Force (FF) and The Gleason Foundation (TGF) are all dedicated to raising money and or providing products, services and support for non-profit agencies. NPRG manages the distribution of raised funds and donated supplies and services to be sent out to the non-profit members. Monies include funds from employee donations, income fair share program, distribution of other companies monies that are managed including supplies and provide web and database support. It also is a volunteer management company. CESA is the only Event management company that not only works with event s that benefit non-profits but also creates events themselves. These events help raise money for the organization that it benefits, but allows for expansion and increased fundraising potential. GF is the parent agency over NAYA and FF, centered around the raising and distribution of monies to help supported agencies such as mentoring, heath, educational, sports, environmental and memorial objectives. It is the primary non-profit, 501(c)(3) company and is the primary organization that NPRG distributes its funds to and is the tax ID that is provided for all fundraising activities (excluding NAYA and FF programs) for CESA, NPRG and any other division that creates and implements fundraising. NAYA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that raises and receives monies for youth athletic programs. This includes most every sport played at the Jr. & Sr. High levels. Its fundraising is in concert with CESA events, and works directly with Denyi Athletics (DA), another Oofta Entertainment (OE) Division to support all college and professional athletic entertainment. Includes fan clubs for teams that also raise monies for these programs. FF, the Reference name for the Life Education for Youth programs (LEYJ - Jr. High & LEYS - Sr. High), takes DECA, FBLA, VICA, STIFE Toast Masters and the Boy/Cub Scouts and puts them into one not for profit agency. This teaches competencies in management and marketing, presentation and implementation, hard work, diversity and hands on vocations, team building, speaking accuracy and presentation, confidence building, versatility, resourcefulness and appreciation. Falcon Force for Jr High, and Falcon Force Elite for Sr. High. A College program is being considered and if implemented, would be Life Education for Young Adults (LEYA), or Falcon Force Masters. Volunteers are being sought to help develop and implement most of these programs. If you are interested in participating in any of these programs, please contact us.
