Organizational re-allignments
Economic changes in the US is requiring a restructuring our company(s) in order to more efficiently
handle the changes with out major cuts in staffing. As only recently a public company, we have
been fortunate that these changes will not adversely impact those that provide services for us.

Several divisions have been moved around within the DWI parent company that has resulted in
fewer companies, providing more products/services. Most divisions that will be retired, have not yet
become public as we are growing and will have no impact on customers.
Some name changes have been made (see below) to help assist with the transition for those
divisions moving, not being dissolved.
Noted division changes:
All products/services of Career Development Training Solutions have been consolidated under the
new Oofta Training Solutions company.
Services only of Kool Ninja Dude Advertising and Marketing have transitioned to Dark Wing
Productions. The name has changed and division roll out postponed.
